The role

As a Recruiter, you’ll:

  • Source, interview, and hire top talent for maritime/offshore roles
  • Develop & implement recruitment strategies
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs
  • Manage job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews & provide feedback
  • Maintain candidate databases & ensure an exceptional candidate experience
  • Build strong client relationships via meetings, calls, and networking
  • Log commercial activities, prepare tailored proposals, and represent ORCA at industry events

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in recruitment, sourcing, and interviewing
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Experience developing recruitment strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Familiarity with ATS and candidate databases
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Maritime/offshore industry experience is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
