We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our recruiting process from start to finish.
Junior Recruiter responsibilities include posting jobs ads, doing initial screenings and scheduling interviews. Working with own company recruitment system you’ll assist other recruiters, hiring teams and candidates so the hiring process can run smoothly. Ultimately, you’ll help our company find and hire the most qualified and motivated people with great technical skills for our open roles within Offshore construction, Renewable Energy, Dredging, Oil&Gas and Merchant Shipping industries.
Fraudsters are contacting candidates and falsely claiming to represent our company. They often demand advance payments to cover the cost of a medical certificate (or similar documents) before joining/embarking on vessels.
